Customs and Import Fees for Third Countries
For orders shipped outside of Germany to so-called third countries (i.e., countries that are not part of the European Economic Area), import taxes, customs duties, and fees may be levied by the destination country.
Import duties, taxes, and fees for customs clearance (and their processing, e.g., by a freight forwarder) are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no influence over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
For more information, please contact the local customs office in the destination country.
