Special tools for advertising technicians, that’s a broad description of our field of activity. What that entails, we’d like to explain a bit more in the following.

Advertising technicians, vehicle wrap installers, digital printers, as well as sign and light advertising manufacturers are our customers: all the creative and skilled individuals who make our work possible. People who manufacture signs, print advertising banners, label company vehicles or fully wrap fast cars, produce lighted signs, handle self-adhesive films, create digital large-format prints, and so on.

The advertising technology trade is both traditionally shaped and highly technologized. The beginnings of this guild can be found as early as the Middle Ages: shield makers and coat-of-arms painters created and designed the shields of knights and the banners and flags of counts, princes and kings. Over time, digital technology made its entrance, and nowadays advertising technicians are equipped with the most modern machines and computers that perform this work more precisely and faster than ever.

This is exactly where we come into play: Due to the rapid speed of development around machines, media and adhesive processes, problem-oriented tool solutions are needed at the same pace. This is our specialty: We develop solutions together with our customers for problems that didn't exist before.

Furthermore, it is topics such as nano-sealings, increased UV radiation on outdoor advertising, accident prevention regulations, environmental requirements and much more that demand maximum flexibility from us and our customers.

The sensitive onboard electronics of modern vehicles, for example, require an antistatic process to be able to apply films or advertising materials. We therefore offer plastic squeegees with antistatic properties.

Yellotools is worldwide the largest provider of special products that represent solutions to these very specific problems: With our cutting and application tools, installation and lettering aids, cleaning and adhesive fluids, tool walls and storage systems, we provide a complete range for professional users.

Beyond the actual function, Yellotools products also offer significant added value through time savings and user-friendliness, with which we simultaneously introduce our customers to the benefits of LEAN Thinking.

Yellotools is registered as a training company in the crafts register; we are qualified to train carpenters, industrial and office administrators, media designers, and warehouse logisticians.

No, there is no minimum order value. You can order exactly the products you need at any time, regardless of quantity or total value.

Our online shop is intended exclusively for business customers. Private individuals cannot order directly from us. If you would still like to purchase our products, please contact one of our authorized resellers, they also sell to private customers. You can find an overview of our distributors here. Yes, you can easily save products in your shopping cart or wish list. This way, you can keep track of your desired items and order them later at your convenience.

Yes, during the checkout process you can enter a delivery address that differs from your billing address. This allows you to have your order conveniently delivered to another location.

    • Advance payment (bank transfer)
    • Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express)
    • PayPal
    • Cash on delivery (COD) – with an additional fee of €10.35. For orders within Germany exceeding €100 (net), Yellotools will cover this COD fee.
  • For orders outside Germany:
    • advance payment, credit card, or PayPal.

Yes, all payments are processed via trusted payment providers such as major credit cards and PayPal. Our checkout process uses SSL encryption to ensure maximum security.

If your payment fails, please repeat the checkout process. Should the problem persist, contact our customer service, we’ll be happy to help. Please note that any bank charges incurred cannot be covered by us.

All prices are displayed excluding VAT. The applicable VAT will be shown separately in your shopping cart and on your invoice.

Yes, your invoice will of course include your company details and VAT identification number. Please enter this information during registration or checkout in the designated fields.

Currently, invoices and delivery notes cannot be downloaded directly from your customer account. Please contact our customer service, we’ll gladly send you the required documents.

Yes, you will automatically receive your invoice as a PDF via email on the day your order is shipped. If you prefer to receive invoices in EDI format, please contact our customer service to arrange this.

Shipping costs are calculated in the shop based on your delivery address (domestic & international). In addition, a packaging fee of 1.9% of the net merchandise value applies. For certain items (e.g., oversized goods), shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically, in these cases, please place your order via email.

The stated delivery times apply to shipments within Germany. International orders may take longer depending on destination.For special or oversized items, delivery may be arranged via freight forwarding. Please check your order confirmation, the delivery time is indicated there between the address section and the item list.

Our parcels are usually shipped with UPS. For larger or bulky shipments, we work with appropriate freight carriers.

For UPS shipments, you will automatically receive a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier. For freight shipments, tracking is not available automatically, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note: for deliveries to non-EU countries (“third countries”), customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These costs must be borne by the customer.

This depends on the carrier. Typically, a delivery attempt will be made, or the parcel will be redirected to the nearest pickup point or parcel shop.

Currently, it’s not possible to select a preferred delivery date or time directly in the shop. However, you can add a note in the comment field during checkout, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that the final delivery depends on the carrier.

As our business operates B2B, returns and exchanges are generally excluded. In exceptional cases, for example, if a product is defective, we’ll find an appropriate solution together with you. Yes, you can view your order history anytime in your customer account under “My Orders.” There you’ll find an overview of all past orders, including order status and product details. Most of our products are developed in Germany and manufactured in our own toolmaking facility in Windeck. “Made in Germany” stands for the highest standards of quality, durability, and precision, something we’re proud of.

Yes, product data sheets and technical specifications are usually available directly in the online shop. If you can’t find a specific document, please contact our customer service, we’ll be happy to provide it.
