For deliveries within Germany, the following payment methods are available:

Shipping Terms

Yellotools ships worldwide. Standard shipping is generally handled by UPS. Shipping costs are calculated according to UPS rates (domestic and international) and are displayed in the shop based on the delivery address and order details.

In addition, a packaging fee of 1.9% of the net merchandise value applies.

For selected products within Germany, shipping via DHL is also available. Depending on weight and order value, the following options may apply:

• DHL Warenpost for €2.70 (max. 1 kg and max. €10 merchandise value)
• DHL Parcel for €5.90 or €6.90 (depending on weight)

The available shipping methods will be shown automatically during the checkout process.

Larger or bulky items may be shipped by freight carrier if necessary. In these cases, please inquire about the exact shipping costs by phone or email. A corresponding note can be found at the end of the respective product description.

Customs and Import Fees for Non-EU Countries

For shipments to non-EU countries (so-called third countries), import duties, taxes, and other fees may be charged by the destination country.

These fees, as well as any costs for customs clearance, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no influence on the amount of these charges and cannot predict them.
