Replacement rollers for different plunge depths

The roller-guided gap cutter SasserCut Pro can be adapted for different applications by using the SasserCut Roll in different sizes to adjust the immersion depth of the blade. The cutting depths of 5.3 (standard), 4.0 and 6.5 mm can be adjusted by simply replacing the corresponding roll.

A plastic protective roller is also available: in combination with the SpareBlade SasserCut Pro Plastic blade, it is ideal for vehicles where the immersion depth cannot be determined directly. In case of doubt, the plastic blade protects rubber seals and the vehicle paint from cutting damage ;-)

The SasserCut Pro gap cut knife is available with the standard roller body and a titanium-coated steel blade or separately as the SasserCut Pro Handle.

Alternatively, we offer the SasserCut Pro Set, which includes the knife and all four roller bodies as well as plastic and steel spare blades in a practical carrying case.
