Replaceable felt squeegees with extended service life
Squeegees made of real felt are still very popular with signmakers and vehicle wrappers. Unfortunately, only about 20% of a felt squeegee can be used before it has to be discarded (e.g. the felt in the middle usually remains unused).
So we set out to make a sturdy and reusable center handle that is fitted with replaceable squeegee lips. The 25 mm narrow YelloFelt Lip squeegee strips are inserted into the YelloFelt Grip and fixed with screws. They can simply be turned around and reused - thus achieving a utilization rate of almost 80%!
As a comfort improvement, it is no longer necessary to reach into the soaked felt during wet applications ;-)
