The advantages of this piercing tool are, besides its ergonomic pen shape, the perfect needle guidance of the metal shaft and the reduced risk of injury:
The needle tip simply disappears inside the handle at the push of a button - just like a ballpoint pen ;-)

In case the needle has become blunt, it can be reordered and replaced separately.
