Orders

How can I place an order?

Simply add the desired products to your shopping cart and follow the checkout process. Please note that a customer account is required to complete your order.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service by email or phone within 24 hours. Make sure to have your order number and customer ID ready so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

How do I know if my order was successful?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation contains all the important details at a glance.

Do I need to create a customer account, or can I order as a guest?

A customer account is required to place an order. Unfortunately, guest checkout is not available. In special cases, you can also send us your order by email or contact us by phone, our team will be happy to help.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value. You can order exactly the products you need at any time, regardless of quantity or total value.

Can private individuals place an order?

Our online shop is intended exclusively for business customers. Private individuals cannot order directly from us. If you would still like to purchase our products, please contact one of our authorized resellers, they also sell to private customers. You can find an overview of our distributors here. If you have any difficulties, feel free to reach out to our customer service, we’re happy to assist.

Can I save items in a shopping cart or wish list?

Yes, you can easily save products in your shopping cart or wish list. This way, you can keep track of your desired items and order them later at your convenience.

Can I specify a delivery address different from the billing address?

Yes, during the checkout process you can enter a delivery address that differs from your billing address. This allows you to have your order conveniently delivered to another location.

Payment & Invoicing

Which payment methods are accepted?

For Germany:
- Advance payment (bank transfer)
- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express)
- PayPal
- Cash on delivery (COD) – with an additional fee of €10.35. For orders within Germany exceeding €100 (net), Yellotools will cover this COD fee.
For orders outside Germany:
- advance payment, credit card, or PayPal.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, all payments are processed via trusted payment providers such as major credit cards and PayPal. Our checkout process uses SSL encryption to ensure maximum security.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, please repeat the checkout process. Should the problem persist, contact our customer service, we’ll be happy to help. Please note that any bank charges incurred cannot be covered by us.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

All prices are displayed excluding VAT. The applicable VAT will be shown separately in your shopping cart and on your invoice.

Can I receive an invoice with my company details and VAT ID?

Yes, your invoice will of course include your company details and VAT identification number. Please enter this information during registration or checkout in the designated fields.

Where can I download my invoice or delivery note?

Currently, invoices and delivery notes cannot be downloaded directly from your customer account. Please contact our customer service, we’ll gladly send you the required documents.

Can I receive digital invoices (PDF / EDI)?

Yes, you will automatically receive your invoice as a PDF via email on the day your order is shipped. If you prefer to receive invoices in EDI format, please contact our customer service to arrange this.

Shipping & Delivery

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated in the shop based on your delivery address (domestic & international). In addition, a packaging fee of 1.9% of the net merchandise value applies. For certain items (e.g., oversized goods), shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically, in these cases, please place your order via email.

How long does delivery take?

The stated delivery times apply to shipments within Germany. International orders may take longer depending on destination.For special or oversized items, delivery may be arranged via freight forwarding. Please check your order confirmation, the delivery time is indicated there between the address section and the item list.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

Our parcels are usually shipped with UPS. For larger or bulky shipments, we work with appropriate freight carriers.

Can I track my shipment?

For UPS shipments, you will automatically receive a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier. For freight shipments, tracking is not available automatically, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note: for deliveries to non-EU countries (“third countries”), customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These costs must be borne by the customer.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

This depends on the carrier. Typically, a delivery attempt will be made, or the parcel will be redirected to the nearest pickup point or parcel shop.

Can I specify a preferred delivery date or time?

Currently, it’s not possible to select a preferred delivery date or time directly in the shop. However, you can add a note in the comment field during checkout, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that the final delivery depends on the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange items?

As our business operates B2B, returns and exchanges are generally excluded. In exceptional cases, for example, if a product is defective, we’ll find an appropriate solution together with you. What is the warranty or guarantee period?

All details regarding warranty and guarantee can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are usually borne by the buyer. Please ensure your return is properly franked. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will of course cover the return shipping costs. If you’re unsure, please contact our customer service before sending your return, we’ll be happy to help.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item has been inspected, we will process your refund.The exact timeframe depends on internal procedures and your payment provider.

Where can I find information about complaints or claims?

If you have a product issue, please contact our customer service. Warranty cases and defective products are handled according to our Terms and Conditions.

Vouchers & Discounts

How can I redeem a voucher?

During the checkout process, you’ll find a field to enter your voucher or discount code. Simply enter your code and the discount will be applied automatically.

Can I combine multiple vouchers?

Whether multiple vouchers can be combined depends on the specific promotion. Please refer to the conditions listed with the voucher or contact our customer service for clarification.

What should I do if my discount code doesn’t work?

First, make sure you’ve entered the code correctly, check for uppercase letters, spaces, and avoid copying errors. If the code still doesn’t work, please contact our customer service, we’ll be glad to assist.

How long are vouchers valid?

The expiry date is indicated when you receive your voucher. Please make sure to redeem it before it expires.

Account & Data Protection

How can I create a customer account?

You can easily create a customer account via the “Account” menu on our website. Simply follow the registration instructions.

How can I update my personal details or password?

You can update your personal data and password at any time in your customer account. Log in to the shop and go to “My Account,” then select “Addresses” or “Personal Details” to edit your name, address, or contact info. You can change your password under “Login Details.” If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password?” function on the login page to reset it.

How is my data protected?

Protecting your data is our top priority. Your personal information is processed in compliance with all applicable data protection laws and never shared with unauthorized third parties. Our website uses SSL encryption to securely transmit your data, especially during checkout and payment. Full details on how we handle your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your customer account, please contact our customer service. For security reasons, deletion can only be carried out manually by our team. Simply send us an email including your customer number or the email address linked to your account, and we will process the deactivation and deletion of your data in accordance with data protection regulations.

Can multiple users from the same company share one account?

Currently, it’s not possible for several users to share a single account. For security and privacy reasons, each account is tied to a unique email address. If multiple employees from your company need to place orders, our customer service can set up additional accounts or offer suitable alternatives.

Can I view my order history or download previous invoices?

Yes, you can view your order history anytime in your customer account under “My Orders.” There you’ll find an overview of all past orders, including order status and product details. Invoices and delivery notes cannot yet be downloaded directly, please contact our customer service if you need these documents.

Where are your products made?

Most of our products are developed in Germany and manufactured in our own toolmaking facility in Windeck. “Made in Germany” stands for the highest standards of quality, durability, and precision, something we’re proud of.

Are product data sheets or technical specifications available?

Yes, product data sheets and technical specifications are usually available directly in the online shop. If you can’t find a specific document, please contact our customer service, we’ll be happy to provide it.
