How can I create a customer account?

You can easily create a customer account via the “Account” menu on our website. Simply follow the registration instructions.

How can I update my personal details or password?

You can update your personal data and password at any time in your customer account. Log in to the shop and go to “My Account,” then select “Addresses” or “Personal Details” to edit your name, address, or contact info. You can change your password under “Login Details.” If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password?” function on the login page to reset it.

How is my data protected?

Protecting your data is our top priority. Your personal information is processed in compliance with all applicable data protection laws and never shared with unauthorized third parties. How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your customer account, please contact our customer service. For security reasons, deletion can only be carried out manually by our team. Simply send us an email including your customer number or the email address linked to your account, and we will process the deactivation and deletion of your data in accordance with data protection regulations.

Can multiple users from the same company share one account?

Currently, it’s not possible for several users to share a single account. For security and privacy reasons, each account is tied to a unique email address. If multiple employees from your company need to place orders, our customer service can set up additional accounts or offer suitable alternatives.

Can I view my order history or download previous invoices?

Yes, you can view your order history anytime in your customer account under “My Orders.” There you’ll find an overview of all past orders, including order status and product details. Invoices and delivery notes cannot yet be downloaded directly, please contact our customer service if you need these documents.
