Cut Vehicle Wrap Films Without Damaging Paint with the WrapDefender Film Knife

The WrapDefender is the first safety knife for vehicle wrappers. Thanks to the protective nose positioned in front of the blade, it prevents damage to vehicle paint, glass, rubber seals, trim parts, and all other sensitive surfaces.

Trimming already applied vehicle wrap films always involves the risk of damaging the surface underneath with the blade. This is especially the case when cutting in body panel gaps, door gaps, around headlight housings, and exterior mirrors, where conventional knives often penetrate too deeply and leave scratches and other minor damage that then has to be repaired with considerable effort.

The WrapDefender film knife significantly reduces the risk of such damage because its ultra-sharp scalpel blade is protected by the special design of the cutting head. The plastic nose prevents the blade from penetrating too deeply. This makes it possible, for example, to cut curves for trimming the film inside the wheel arch without damaging the paint. This is particularly useful when applying paint protection films and during full vehicle wrapping.
