Nine-piece tool bag set for wrapping professionals

Our dear friend and car wrapping expert Robin Bös was instrumental in the development of the overall YelloGear concept and presents here his dream combination of base plate, shoulder strap and tool bags.

Robin describes the advantages of his set as follows:

"My close collaboration with Yellotools has now resulted in the YelloGear series, which is as versatile as film installers are different. My choice fell on the holster-like ensemble. The tools thus hang at chest level and almost under the left (or even right) arm. With various module pockets, I can attach exactly the tools I need for my work with Velcro fluff. The pocket doesn't dangle in front of the crotch, so scratches on the paint are less of a risk, and after a short time I was already able to "blindly" guide certain tools into the quivers. Pay close attention to the orientation of the elements - they are as ergonomic as possible and some even upside down. Modern times, new ways, new YelloGear.

I've been working as a car wrap installer for 23 years now, and the standard tool bag has been bugging me for almost as long. It usually hangs in such a way that you have to be very careful not to damage the paint on the vehicle. Of course, you can turn it to the side, but the coarse belt buckle of my bag usually got caught on the belt loops of my pants. I was about to throw it into the corner. And when it finally hung sideways, I had to squirm to put the tools back in their quiver. Because the older these bags get, the softer they get and they almost collapse in on themselves, which does make them very difficult to handle.
That's over with now."

We share Robin's enthusiasm for the YelloGear system, because it makes regular film applications much easier: The tools are always at hand, you avoid strenuous or stressful postures, and if there is one tool too many or one bag too few, the YelloGear can be easily expanded with the appropriate module ;-)
