Film roll storage for 2" or 3" roll cores

Thanks to our Twister, the required film rolls now remain upright and ready to be used at the plotting machine. This mobile roll holder also makes subsequent color archiving and final accounting easier. The Twister is made of untreated laminated birch wood and runs on solid heavy-duty casters.

You can order the Twister in two variants, for either 2” (5,08 cm) or 3” (7,62 cm) diameter roll cores.
If a "mixed" version for both core diameters is required, we recommend the Twister Mixx.

How can I place an order?

Do I need to create a customer account, or can I order as a guest?

A customer account is required to place an order. Unfortunately, guest checkout is not available. In special cases, you can also send us your order by email or contact us by phone, our team will be happy to help.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value. You can order exactly the products you need at any time, regardless of quantity or total value.

Can private individuals place an order?

Our online shop is intended exclusively for business customers. Private individuals cannot order directly from us. If you would still like to purchase our products, please contact one of our authorized resellers, they also sell to private customers. You can find an overview of our distributors here. Which payment methods are accepted?

For Germany:
- Advance payment (bank transfer)
- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express)
- PayPal
- Cash on delivery (COD) – with an additional fee of €10.35. For orders within Germany exceeding €100 (net), Yellotools will cover this COD fee.
For orders outside Germany:
- advance payment, credit card, or PayPal.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, all payments are processed via trusted payment providers such as major credit cards and PayPal. Our checkout process uses SSL encryption to ensure maximum security.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, please repeat the checkout process. Should the problem persist, contact our customer service, we’ll be happy to help. Please note that any bank charges incurred cannot be covered by us.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

All prices are displayed excluding VAT. The applicable VAT will be shown separately in your shopping cart and on your invoice.

Can I receive an invoice with my company details and VAT ID?

Yes, your invoice will of course include your company details and VAT identification number. Please enter this information during registration or checkout in the designated fields.

Where can I download my invoice or delivery note?

Currently, invoices and delivery notes cannot be downloaded directly from your customer account. Please contact our customer service, we’ll gladly send you the required documents.

Can I receive digital invoices (PDF / EDI)?

Yes, you will automatically receive your invoice as a PDF via email on the day your order is shipped. If you prefer to receive invoices in EDI format, please contact our customer service to arrange this.

Shipping & Delivery

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated in the shop based on your delivery address (domestic & international). In addition, a packaging fee of 1.9% of the net merchandise value applies. For certain items (e.g., oversized goods), shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically, in these cases, please place your order via email.

How long does delivery take?

The stated delivery times apply to shipments within Germany. International orders may take longer depending on destination.For special or oversized items, delivery may be arranged via freight forwarding. Please check your order confirmation, the delivery time is indicated there between the address section and the item list.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

Our parcels are usually shipped with UPS. For larger or bulky shipments, we work with appropriate freight carriers.

Can I track my shipment?

For UPS shipments, you will automatically receive a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier. For freight shipments, tracking is not available automatically, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note: for deliveries to non-EU countries (“third countries”), customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These costs must be borne by the customer.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

This depends on the carrier. Typically, a delivery attempt will be made, or the parcel will be redirected to the nearest pickup point or parcel shop.

Can I specify a preferred delivery date or time?

Currently, it’s not possible to select a preferred delivery date or time directly in the shop. However, you can add a note in the comment field during checkout, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that the final delivery depends on the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange items?

As our business operates B2B, returns and exchanges are generally excluded. In exceptional cases, for example, if a product is defective, we’ll find an appropriate solution together with you. Who pays for return shipping?

You can update your personal data and password at any time in your customer account. Currently, it’s not possible for several users to share a single account. For security and privacy reasons, each account is tied to a unique email address. Can I view my order history or download previous invoices?

Yes, you can view your order history anytime in your customer account under “My Orders.” There you’ll find an overview of all past orders, including order status and product details. Invoices and delivery notes cannot yet be downloaded directly, please contact our customer service if you need these documents.

Most of our products are developed in Germany and manufactured in our own toolmaking facility in Windeck. “Made in Germany” stands for the highest standards of quality, durability, and precision, something we’re proud of.
